The first and likely most convenient place to look to sell your used textbooks is your school bookstore. You can also ask around school and see if anyone you know is planning on taking the same class after you, and you can offer to sell them your book once you are done. Finally, you can sell your book online. There are a number of websites that will buy your textbooks, the most well-known being Amazon or eBay. For textbooks you sell to Amazon you can expect to receive an Amazon gift card. Regardless, if you purchased the book new or used, expect to get only a fraction of your money back. That said, if you don’t think you will ever use or need the book anymore, any money received has more value than the book offers you after your class has ended.
